Welcome to Soundside, a NEW CONSTRUCTION by Premiere Coastal Contracting. This 949 heated / 1569 total square foot custom home at the foot of Jockey’s Ridge State Park, was a blend of modern, bohemian style to suit a local family of three. We were able to stay within a tight budget to build a solid, custom home with top end finishes, including a beautiful wrap around deck they enjoy every evening. We focused on ensuring we designed the interior space to be stylish as well as functional within 940 heated square feet. It was a pleasure to construct this beautiful home for such a great family, right here in the heart of the Outer Banks.
