Welcome to Heritage, a whole home renovation, by PCC. Focused on bringing the color palette of the Outer Banks inside, in a contemporary fashion, we renovated the Master Bath, Kid's Bathroom, Guest Bathroom, Living Room, Screened Patio and painted throughout.
Hammock

On the Hammock project, our homeowners wanted to update their 1996 beach rental to a modern contemporary full time residence. From concrete countertops and vanities by Opus Stone to upgraded Pella Windows and unique tile selections by Atlantic Flooring, this renovation is one of a kind. Overlooking the marsh and Shallowbag Bay, this Pirate's Cove home has exciting features from the moment you walk in the front door to taking a seat at the bar.
Quadruple Infinity Edge

This quadruple infinity edge pool on the point in Pirate's Cove has won awards up and down the East Coast. One of a kind, and custom designed for our client's summer home, the features are endless. All controlled by a smart remote, you can warm up the pool, turn on the lights, reduce the depth, increase the waterfall, and even turn on the hot tub.
